F. Ayguavives G. and X. Gomá Presas ‘A Clockwork Orange’
Quaderns #264
The project was focused on building a kiosk for selling oranges along the road, in the vicinity of the Junquera. It should be quickly visible, understandable and palatable. It was meant to be a “Building-Advertising-Stop” which produced the effect of a big orange anchored in the lurch, feeding and spawning perpetually citrus products through a complicated umbilical cord to then pass them to a rare mechanical incubator, where lunatic children will be annihilated and duly empowered those who have made worthy of life, which means to be placed on the sales porch, where the conspicuous tourist, without realizing that has been hunted by the organic hook is waiting to devour them as the last micro-orgasm of a “holiday in Spain”.
